Shipping

We ship by UPS ground service to all US locations. Shipping charges are based on weight and destination, and are added at checkout. UPS will not deliver to Post Office boxes, so to avoid delays please be sure to enter your physical delivery address. Standard delivery times are indicated on the map below. Please contact us if you would like to inquire about other delivery options. We will do our best to accommodate you.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your Schlagwerk instrument, you may return it to us within 10 days for a refund. We can only accept items that are returned without signs of wear and tear and with all of the original contents and packaging. Please contact us for return authorization. Items shipped to us without a return authorization will be refused. You will be responsible for return shipping on the item, and original shipping charges will not be credited. If the return is needed as a result of damage, defect, or our mistake, we pay the shipping charges - both to have your item sent back to us, and to send you a replacement.

Pioneer Valley Imports is not liable for returns or exchanges that are lost or damaged in shipping. We recommend that you ship using a delivery confirmation service.
